Sector Holdings Campaign

OVERVIEW

Starting in Q4 of 2024, we rolled out a new strategy for targeting investors who were researching the top performing stocks of the S&P 500. We used a new creative approach that literally and graphically showed the top ten holdings in each sector in a dynamic and engaging way. The new spots showed investors that the top performing stocks were part of each specific sector of the S&P 500, and they could continue to own the stocks they liked as part of a sector, while minimizing single stock exposure.

By clearly identifying the top holdings we were able to align our new creative against content related to these specific stocks, including targeting content around earnings calls for each of the leading components of each sector. The five video pre-roll units were supported by standard display units that mirrored the messaging and look and feel of the new video spots. We continued to extend the unique graphic look we’ve established for Sector SPDRs ETFs into these new spots, enabling us to add them seamlessly into the current rotation of other creative we are running and maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all of the creative units.
