From our 2017 and 2019 campaigns with Sector SPDRs, we learned that ads performed significantly better on web pages when they ran alongside relevant content – much better than ads placed run-of-site.
With this in mind, we developed our 2022 campaign around 3 specific messages that could expand the contextual alignment to more investing strategy-focused articles, and to position the Sector SPDRs brand as a leader in the industry.
How did this look? Visually, our creative stepped away from literal depictions used in former campaigns, but maintained the bold colors of the brand while focusing on strong typography and compelling animation to weave a story.
