e-Gift Card Video
OVERVIEW
We created an animated video for American Express explaining the ease of gifting with eGift Cards which you can purchase on their website. This video was created as a tool to show the desired future state of eGift Cards and persuade upper management that it was worth investing in them. In this case, a video was an ideal and engaging way to tell the story of an optimized eGift Card process–from purchase on the website to adding it to a wallet–and demonstrate the potential benefits in an efficient and concise way.
